Owner, President

Lesley is the owner of Strategic Recruiting Services, LLC. As a business owner for over 30 years, she brings a strategic focus, vision, and mature judgment when she partners with clients.

Lesley was the founder and President of StaffPro America, a staffing firm. Her company received numerous awards, including Corp! Magazine's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. After StaffPro, Lesley decided to sell the company and turn her focus on the staffing needs of small to mid-sized companies.

Lesley serves on the Advisory Board for MichBusiness and is a Trusted Adviser for Vistage, Michigan. She serves as a member of the Vision Clarification Team and the Nominating Committee for her church in Brighton, Michigan. Michigan. Lesley completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in 2016, and she will be leading the Executive Leadership Team for the Pink Fund in 2017.

 

 

Director of Recruiting & Development

Tricia Rutherford is our well-rounded and knowledgeable Director of Recruiting. Her experience includes sales, management, marketing, administration, and radio.

A certified life and business coach, Tricia uses her skills in every interview helping candidates discover and realize their passion and purpose. A skilled presenter and motivational speaker, Tricia has encouraged hundreds to take their next step. Additionally, she coaches business teams to help bring unity and direction toward their targeted plan.

Tricia’s home life is rounded out on the family farm with one husband, two kids, two Bordoodles, two cats and 13 older retirement home chickens. She gives back to her community by helping women in the community lean into their gifts, strengths, and goals in life.

 

 

Office Administrator

Kristina St Charles lives in the small town of Milan with her three children: two boys and one girl. She also shares her home with an adopted dog and cat. Kristina has a large extended family made larger with their unique pets like birds, lizards, snakes, and horses. Being around animals has helped teach her valuable life lessons and responsibilities that have lead her to success.

Kristina also shares a love for the outdoors and the little details in life. Her skills in problem solving and her attention to detail lead her to her career in accounting.

The motto she lives her life by is: "You should never regret anything in life. If it's good, it's wonderful. If it's bad, it's experience."

Marketing Coordinator & Recruiter

Brianne is Marketing Coordinator & part-time Recruiter at SRS. Her creative talents are warmly welcomed, as she is also a professional actress.

She graduated in 2019 from Saginaw Valley State University with her bachelor's in Theatre and Political Science and a minor in Gender Studies. Upon graduation, she interned at the Bay Area Women's Center, fulfilling her passion for women's rights alongside serving non-profits. She couldn't be prouder to be a part of the women-led team here at SRS. 

Outside of work, Brianne enjoys camping, playing competitive sports, tending to her many plants, and adopting senior/disabled dogs with her husband.

Marketing Coordinator

Bianca is the creative force behind all of SRS’s marketing tactics. Her interest in creative endeavors outside of work range from playing the piano, painting, and writing prose.

She graduated in 2018 with a degree in Media Studies and Journalism with a minor in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.

Even though she has graduated, Bianca is a lifelong learner and takes time to teach herself new ways to explore creative hobbies in her spare time.

HR Consultant

Anathea has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, benefit plan development, compensation, and organizational structure.

She currently works as a Senior H.R Consultant for Strategic Recruiting Services as well as VP of HR for Symphony Living Services and prior to that spent 12 years as the VP of Human Resources and 2 years as the Executive Director of an inpatient hospice organization in Michigan.

Ms. Collar has experience in both for profit and not for profit organizations and integration of multiple cultures in to one. Ms. Collar was recognized for her work as a recipient of the 2011 HR Executive of the Year (for Non-profits with 100 - 500 employees) given by the American Society of Employers.
