Owner, President

Lesley is the owner of Strategic Recruiting Services, LLC. As a business owner for over 30 years, she brings a strategic focus, vision, and mature judgment when she partners with clients.

Lesley was the founder and President of StaffPro America, a staffing firm. Her company received numerous awards, including Corp! Magazine's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. After StaffPro, Lesley decided to sell the company and turn her focus on the staffing needs of small to mid-sized companies.

Lesley serves on the Advisory Board for MichBusiness and is a Trusted Adviser for Vistage, Michigan. She serves as a member of the Vision Clarification Team and the Nominating Committee for her church in Brighton, Michigan. Michigan. Lesley completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in 2016, and she will be leading the Executive Leadership Team for the Pink Fund in 2017.



Director of Recruiting & Development

Amy Preston graduated from Michigan State University from the College of Business, with a dual degree in Purchasing and Operations. She began her career with Nestle in operations.

Amy transitioned into the area of consulting with an independent firm, specializing in warehouse and operational efficiencies. Her main responsibilities involved analyzing current procedures and product storage space to identify areas of opportunity.

Amy worked U.S. Foodservice in the areas of product and marketing management. She became the marketing manager. Amy's career culminated while in program management, overseeing all aspects of vendor negotiations and program performances.

Amy enjoys yoga, reading, traveling worldwide, and mountain biking. Upon qualifying, she had the honor of running the Boston Marathon, bringing her lifetime total to 10 marathons.

Sales Manager

Shara has been in management from the age of 18 and holds an Associate’s degree and Certificates in Personal Assistance, and is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Finance.

She has a background in office management, budget/finance management, accounting and many years’ experience as an executive assistant. Shara also built and sold her first company before the age of 30.

Shara loves organizing and the finer details of things. She uses her analytical and organizational skills to improve workflow, time management, and finances. By 2014, Shara launched her second business, Gunther Services.

She is determined to always keep moving forward and aspires to keep learning and growing.

Marketing Coordinator

Bianca is currently a student at Eastern Michigan University studying the Media and Journalism with a minor in marketing. She is an honor roll student with interests in rugby, music, and writing.

She started her college career at Saginaw Valley State University studying education. After studying for two years, she found her true passion in a more creative field.

Bianca has worked for several years as an assistant teacher and has joined the team at SRS to fit her new major.


Sarah is newest team member, filling the role of accountant and executive assistant. Initially, Sarah started in the business world as an administrative assistant. She moved up to Office Manager and Executive Assistant for C level entrepreneurs and found her love of bookkeeping and accounting. Sarah has eleven years of Executive Assistant and Office Manager experience and eight years in bookkeeping. She is a certified Tax Preparer and has a certification in QuickBooks. Her goal is to become an Enrolled Agent. Sarah is currently enrolled in the Universal Accounting College to achieve this goal.

For fun, Sarah enjoys traveling and often spends weekend getaways up north. She enjoys being outside in nature and going outdoor activities. Sara is intrigued by international travel and enjoys learning about new cultures. Her favorite past time is any time spent with her family.
