Why can’t I just do it?

Well, you can. But ask yourself, do you really have the time and the resources to do your own job plus hire a solid candidate? There’s a reason that there are positions dedicated solely to hiring.

Do you have a candidate database?

Nope! Recruiters are usually hired to find long term employees for companies. We do individualized job searches based on the position you need filled.

How do I know that you’re finding the right candidate?

Recruiters utilize multiple job posting sites, write unique job descriptions, run compensation reports, and go through extensive interviewing processes. We take the appropriate steps to leave no stone unturned.

How long is it going to take?

When there is a healthy amount of prospective candidates on the market, a search can take between 6 to 8 weeks on average. When the talent pool is a little smaller it can take up to twelve weeks.

Does my employee work for me or you?

Employees hired by recruiters work for you. They go on your payroll and will hopefully stay with your company for years to come.

What’s our role in your hiring process?

It’s important you to know who you are looking for, what you need out of this employee, their compensation, who they work under, and who’s going to be doing your interviews. You will be the one doing the ultimate interviewing and hiring, so it’s up to you to keep us all on the same page during the process.

What happens after we make a hire?

We can help you implement a successful onboarding program or audit your current handbooks to make sure your new hire is set up for success within your company.
